Job Responsibilities
·
The ideal candidate needs to have proven
experience working in a customer service position, with excellent knowledge of
the latest industry trends and techniques. The person must be fluent in English,
communication skills with both verbal & written and desire to display
sturdy leadership and interpersonal talents.

Ensure the best quality support by assessing
work (chat, call and their ticket investigation) of the team members on a daily
basis
·
Collect data, analyze, and report to
leadership
·
Maintain accurate records and document all
customer service activities and discussions
·
Stay informed on the latest industry
techniques and methods
·
Responsible for the credit portfolio of the
respective clients
·
Initiate & lead new projects to improve
the processes to provide better customer support
·
Develop customer satisfaction goals and
coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis
·
Work closely with other business units to
assure a high level of interaction and cooperation among product, sales and
relationship management teams.
·

Experience Requirements

At most 2 year(s)
·
The applicants should have experience in the
following area(s):
Ability to work collaboratively, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Customer
Service Management, Customer Support/ Client Service
·
The applicants should have experience in the
following business area(s):
Call Center, Consulting Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
·

Requirements
·
HSC in English, Bachelor degree in any
discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
·
Graduate Degree from any reputed University
locally or from respective
·
Educational Degree will be consider those
candidates are from respective Nationals.
Additional Requirements
·
Age 25 to 40 years
·
Both males and females are allowed to apply
·
A minimum of 2-5 years' proven experience in
customer service.
·
Should be customer focused
·
Knowledge over Active Directory, Salesforce
& Fresh desk or any online ticketing platform will add extra value.
·
The Ideal candidate must be fluent in his/her
local language with English.
·
Good understanding of management practices and
techniques.
·
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
·
Good Presentation & Data analytics skills
·
Have good knowledge about how to convince and
obtain clients maximum satisfaction.
·
The candidate whose from Sri Lankan, Indian,
Nepali, Pakistani and Philippians nationals are living in Bangladesh legally
get advantage for the position.

The candidates must have proficiency and
fluent of their own native language in reading, writing and speaking
·
Those are from Bangladeshi nationals must have
